Laura Graves, Research Director

Laura currently serves as TowerXchange’s Research Director, responsible for setting the strategic direction of TowerXchange’s research, analysis, membership and working groups. Laura has been with TowerXchange since its infancy and has held various positions within the organisation, having led the company’s EMEA research for a number of years, including launching TowerXchange’s coverage of the European and MENA markets, whilst hosting Meetups across the globe.

A research professional at heart, Laura has a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham and 15+ years’ experience of leading research, building communities and organising C-Level meetings globally. Laura is currently based in Cape Town, South Africa

Matthew Edwards, Product Director

Matthew is Product Director for TowerXchange, responsible for the development and delivery of TowerXchange’s global calendar of Meetups. He is also responsible for TowerXchange’s research and editorial for Africa.

Matthew has a decade’s experience in organising events and research, covering diverse topics such as telecoms, infrastructure, cybersecurity and nuclear energy before joining TowerXchange in early 2019. He now also manages the Layer123 brand at Euromoney covering software-defined networks and network virtualisation. Matthew is based in London, UK.

Sarah Kerr, Commercial Director

Sarah heads up TowerXchange’s commercial division, spending the majority of her time engaging with and providing market intel to the entire supply chain ecosystem within the tower space. Sarah’s primary objective is to ensure that she provides tailored client experiences both at our global Meetups and through other digital channels.  Sarah has over ten years’ experience in account management, sales and business development; her particular focus has previously been directed on renewable energy and conservation.

A native of New Hampshire, USA, Sarah now finds herself settled in ‘Old Hampshire’ UK, having obtained a BSc in Environment and Coastal Management from Bournemouth University.

Jack Haddon, Senior Researcher

Jack is a Senior Researcher for TowerXchange, predominantly focusing on Asia. He joined the TowerXchange team in June 2021, after spending 2 and a half years heading up event and editorial content at a professional network for buy side traders.

Jack’s expertise lie in facilitating useful connections between senior people and galvanising communities to come together and drive real change in their industry. Jack is born, bred and still resides in London, UK.

Appiah Larbi, Commercial Manager

Appiah is TowerXchange’s Commercial Manager responsible for helping our partners achieve their sales and marketing objectives across the European, African, Asian and Latin American tower markets.

Prior to joining TowerXchange in March 2020, Appiah spent 3 years as an independent consultant to Neil Stewart, a media entrepreneur with 30+ years experience starting, scaling and exiting hybrid event and information businesses in the healthcare and public policy sectors.

Appiah has a BA in History and Politics from Goldsmiths University and has 10 years commercial experience across real estate, healthcare and technology. Appiah is currently based in Oxford, England.

Jorge Medina, Researcher

Jorge joins TowerXchange after having recently completed his MA at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London. Jorge will focus primarily on TowerXchange’s Latin American coverage, bringing his extensive research abilities to the role.

Jorge is a native of Southern California and has experience working in different international conflict spaces. During undergrad, Jorge spent time conducting research in the Middle East, spending time in Israel, the Palestinian Territories, and Jordan. He also spent time living in South Korea. Jorge is based in London, UK.
