Natalia Gorohova has worked as a conference producer for over a decade, leading content and programming for flagship events at The Economist and New Scientist magazines, British Medical Journal and other publications.

She is highly experienced in putting together exciting event agendas and building communities around common commercial interests. She has led conferences on every continent, ran the world’s biggest science festival and once held an event in sub-arctic wilderness.

Thriving on creativity and problem solving, Natalia has an MSc in International Business, but prefers recharging by reading about world history and philosophy. Born into a family of academics and scientists in Riga, Latvia, Natalia has lived and worked in London for almost 20 years.

Natalia currently leads TowerXchange’s research into the Americas.

Chris joins TowerXchange after having recently completed his MA in International Political Economy at King’s College London, using his extensive research skills covering the Africa and MENA regions.

Chris has developed a well-rounded global perspective growing up in Dubai, as well as interning for Grant Thornton UAE, world-leading financial advisory firm, and writing for global newspaper The National in London. Through his postgrad and undergrad in International Relations, Chris has conducted research on energy markets in Africa, regional security in the Middle East, and infrastructure development in Asia.

Chris is currently in Sevenoaks just outside London, UK.

Laura currently serves as TowerXchange’s Research Director, responsible for setting the strategic direction of TowerXchange’s research, analysis, membership and working groups.

Laura has been with TowerXchange since its infancy and has held various positions within the organisation, having led the company’s EMEA research for a number of years, including launching TowerXchange’s coverage of the European and MENA markets, whilst hosting Meetups across the globe.

A research professional at heart, Laura has a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham and 15+ years’ experience of leading research, building communities and organising C-Level meetings globally.

Rebecca is TowerXchange’s Commercial Manager responsible for delivering strategic direction for partners across the tower space. Her main objective is to offer value and collaborative ideas for TowerXchange Meetup communities globally.

Rebecca has over 14 years of account management, business development and knowledge of launching new events within perspective markets. She has worked across many different sectors including Consumer Fashion, Charities, Finance and the Environment.

Rachael is Head of Sales at TowerXchange and responsible for curating tailored and creative solutions to deliver optimum ROI for customers across a portfolio of regional events.

Rachael has over a decade of experience in sales and event delivery with a focus on creating a collaborative environment to build long-term partnerships and brand loyalty. She has always worked within the telecoms space, joining the TowerXchange team in 2022 and is also Head of Sales for the International Telecoms Week (ITW) portfolio.

Having studied French at university, Rachael is always happy to dust off her linguistic skills and enjoys experiencing new cultures when travelling with the team. She is currently based in London, UK.

Matthew has a decade of experience in research, analysis and community development, covering diverse topics such as telecoms, transport, cybersecurity and nuclear before joining TowerXchange in early 2019.

Matthew is based in London, UK.

With his years of experience in marketing, Rory uses various marketing techniques to promote the subscription, both through digital and in person forms. While actively searching for new methods to develop the TX Subscription.
