TowerXchange: How long have you been CEO of your towerco, what are some of your biggest challenges and proudest achievements to date?
Mike Darcy, CEO, AMN:
I’ve been CEO since AMN was formed in May 2013, so exactly 10 years. The biggest achievement has been to show the concept works and the business is sustainable – it took seven years to get to be EBITDA and cashflow positive, which we achieved in Q1 of 2020.
