TowerXchange: How long have you been CEO of Connexa, and what are some of your proudest achievements and biggest challenges to date?
Rob Berrill, CEO, Connexa:
Connexa was established in July 2022, when one of New Zealand’s leading telecommunications and digital services providers, Spark, established an internal towerco business with the intent of then divesting a controlling stake in that business. That divestment occurred in October 2022, when Spark sold a 70% stake in the business to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP).
