TowerXchange: How long have you been CEO of your towerco, what are some of your biggest challenges and proudest achievements to date?

I’ve been with the business for 13 years and it’s been quite a journey, starting as a financial controller, moving to CFO, through to Chief Operating Officer, CEO-designate and now, CEO.
