TowerXchange: How long have you been CEO of your towerco, what are some of your biggest challenges and proudest achievements to date?

I am happy to say that we have our ten-year anniversary coming up on October 2, 2023 and as the Founder that makes this my ten year anniversary coming up and it has been the best ten years of my professional career.
