TowerXchange: How has been your journey at Vantage Towers and, what are your biggest challenges and proudest achievements to date?

I have been CFO of Vantage Towers since its founding in 2020, and my role in the company has evolved to taking on the CEO role for the interim period until Christian Hillabrant joins us in the next few months.
